SENIOR OPERATING PARTNER
Neil Black, a key advisor to Broadscale since its inception, has spent over 30 years working at the intersection of business, emerging technologies, and timely social issues.

Prior to working in the environmental arena, Neil helped develop and invest in technology companies. Between 1997 and 2003, he was CEO of two technology companies, one at the intersection of the Internet and traditional media and the other an innovator in online ad serving and distributed hosting.
During his earlier career, Neil was president of The Nation magazine and remains involved in supporting its internship program and student journalism. Neil has an undergraduate degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
